• The MOODY CHEF is not responsible to replace lost, stolen or damaged cards and the accumulated points on it.
• Each takeaway or dine in coffee item purchased will incur points towards your account.
• Points rewarded are not transferable.
• The card is to be used by the registered member only.
• Any free items redeemed will not be considered a new purchase and no points will be applied to your account.
• A redemption cap of up to a maximum of 2 items per day applies.
• The MOODY CHEF reserves all rights to vary or terminate these conditions at any time without prior notice or reasons.
